MY techumpsa dont wana work i cleaned the carb got the pull start going sparks thier the auto turn off thing isnt on and the keyway isnt sheered and its getting gas wtf is wrong with it and it takes like a 170lb person holding the engine in place for me to pull it cuz it requiers so much force for it to work

This is meant for side valve engines. honda is overhaed
does it work on honda small engines?
