I have a 1929 TORO spray unit with a V4 Wisconsin engine, hand crank. Is it worth rebuilding?
The engine last ran in 1990, but the unit has been stored since. I cannot turn the motor with the crank. I believe it is probably frozen due to lack of use.

use a Can of wd40 spray the top of piston and yes it would make an excellent antique. check for mud dobber nest around fly wheel
