Sounds like an old Briggs 3hp that i had on a mini bike when i was young.

the mic on this camera is actually pretty good, but the video editing software always seems to screw up the quality, which is why i try not to edit my vids

my guess is a Wisconsin engine one cyl
could be a kohler, but noisy valves and a smooth low idle are pretty characteristic of wisconsin engines.
